Write to help@blurbot.fun and a person reads it. Say what happened and what you expected instead — that is usually enough to find it.
Include your device and iOS version. If it happens every time rather than once, say so; reproducible problems get fixed fastest.
Blurbot keeps what it holds on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
